Goodwill believes in the power of work.

There is great joy and pride that comes with doing a job and doing it well.  We know that.  So we teach people how to get a job and keep a job – so that they can take care of themselves. 

For many people with barriers to employment, that doesn’t come easy; but the feeling of accomplishment that accompanies that first paycheck is amazing.
