Supported Employment is a program that assists individuals with the most severe disabilities to find competitive employment in an integrated setting with ongoing support services. These individuals have had obstacles to employment, where competitive employment has been interrupted, or intermittent, because of their disability. Due to the nature and severity of their disabilities, the following intensive and extended employment services are provided:
Vocation evaluation and assessments
Work readiness and computer training
Job task analysis and job matching
Job placement services
Extended follow-up and ongoing support.
Goodwill truly believes in the power of work.
Our graduates, who are now working in banks,
hospitals, retail stores, government offices,
restaurants, oilfield service companies and the
airlines, are a testament to this belief.
